Tracking and maintenance of eligibility is not as simple as the term implies. Eligibility involves retroactivity, changes imposed at work, and at home. Benefit changes, life changes, and career changes all may impact the employee’s eligibility for benefits. Our edits and validation processes attempt to capture those changes that cause errant claim payments.
